Full Time, M-F Days This is a remote work-form-home position.  The ability to work from home may change based on business needs.
The Data Management Specialist is responsible for data collection and data entry into various databases.
Responsibilities: 1.Works with department employees and related parties to ensure data is accurate and timely.
2.Assists in the data analysis and dissemination of information with the focus of continual process improvement and staff inclusion in PI projects.
3.Works on multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
4.Responsible for report generation on a regular basis and as needed.
5.Assists with cooperative interdepartmental efforts that impact quality, productivity and efficiency, coordination and allocation of departmental workflow with regards to data management and will participate in departmental activities as required.
6.Other duties as required.
Technical Expertise 1.Experience in building complex queries is required.
2.Experience in building and maintaining database is required.
3.Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
4.Experience in healthcare is preferred.
5.Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Database management software is required.
Education and Experience 1.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required Bachelor's degree is preferred.
3.Years of relevant experience: 0 to 2 years is preferred.
4.Years of experience supervising: None.
