Responsible for helping write and edit all Artis—Naples monthly program books and annual NIFF program book; email- and print-ad campaigns; local radio promotions; various seasonal brochures, including calendars, subscription sales pieces and content for the Naples International Film Festival; website content; marquee content; social media posts and interactions (monitoring messages/comments); manage content/entries for several local online calendars of events; monitor external websites for accuracy of Artis—Naples content; press releases and other related written materials produced by Artis—Naples. Communicate with digital and print advertisers regarding advertising purchases and placement. Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing team members to develop and improve marketing, communications and brand strategies. Actively monitors Artis—Naples mentions in all local and regional calendars and miscellaneous publications for accuracy and brand standard.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
4+ years of superior copywriting and publications experience, with portfolio of published work.
Must have a strong record of creating efficient, high-quality copy across multiple platforms.
Strong knowledge of the performing and visual arts is required.
Superior editing skills.
