As an Analyst in Sales you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the firms key institutional client relationships, including day-to-day execution of multiple products Macro Markets are responsible for distributing. You will need the ability to be fluent and navigate in these products effectively among a broad range of clients (Banks , Private Banks , CTAs and Fund Managers) along with idea generation and market insight. In addition, you will bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners in both trading, research and syndicate to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of Sales experience in a relevant investment banking / markets sales role
Ability to understand, price and transact FX , Rates, and other Fixed Income products including Structured FX and Precious Metal products with keen focus on the Private Bank Space for OTC products
Client-facing experience in the relevant products
Developed and established relationships with key investment grade institutional clients at both trading and portfolio management levels
Critical thinker and driver of trade concepts and themes for institutional clients
Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure
Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including; effective communication and presentation
Strong team player that partners well with principals of the platform including Research and Trading
The candidate needs to be able to deal confidently with people at all levels in the organization
The individual should be self-motivated, with the drive and skill to seek out new client opportunities and produce thoughtful trade ideas
Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
