The Office of Enrollment Management serves Indiana University Bloomington by recruiting, enrolling, and serving the undergraduate population. The Office of Admissions is the front-facing department to the public for undergraduate recruitment for the Indiana University Bloomington campus. The Office of Admissions is responsible for recruiting the freshman class each year, counseling prospective students and their families about the admissions process, providing accurate information to the public about our recruiting requirements and standards, and marketing Indiana University Bloomington.
Job Summary
Serves as a member of the Marketing Team and assists with the development, implementation, and management of the Office of Admissions search needs, developing print media pieces, and outside data requests and ensures they are integrated with other communication channels utilized by the office.
Assists with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities targeting prospective and admitted students that are designed to recruit and enroll each year's incoming class.
Participates in the development and implementation of on- and off-campus recruitment initiatives and special programs.
Assists with the day-to-day operations of the Office of Admissions.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or GED.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
2 years of office work experience.
SKILLS
Required
Experience with marketing projects and writing along with contributing to multiple projects in diverse cross-functional teams that include project partners.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent project completion and writing skills.
Experience working in a team environment and the ability to act as a liaison between outside partners and program managers.
