In the Account Manager role, you will manage an inside support team, an extended team of suppliers and the overall client relationship with our Fortune 200 client(s). This position will report directly to the SVP of Account Management. In this position, you will oversee program management and cultivate the relationship between the Client, Zorch, and Zorch Suppliers. You will develop accounts, evolve the program as needed, build new relationships, identify growth opportunities, and motivate and manage a team of on and off-site customer service representatives.

Account management, including current client needs and potential new client programs
Account implementation, management and eStore merchandise management
Key contact and customer relationships for critical clients
Track and follow all orders/projects from start to finish and step in when necessary to ensure a positive buyer experience
Provide client stakeholders with reporting
Develop and maintain client event calendar(s)
Requires travel between 5-10%, depending on client
Client retention, growth, and profitability
Overall account & buyer satisfaction
Ability to uncover new opportunities and buying groups
3 – 5+ years of sales/account management, business to business experience
Customer relationships with multiple stakeholders from administrative to senior level
Project Management background: ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks
Strong understanding of the Ad Specialty / Branded Merchandise industry
