Drake University Law School seeks a Marketing & Events Coordinator to work under the direction of the Law School Director of Communications, Alumni Relations & Special Events to create content, such as press releases, spotlight stories, program sheets, social media posts and event materials.
A successful applicant should possess strong people skills, good organizational skills, the ability to write clearly, and the ability to articulate the Law School's program. A background in social media content management or public relations would be helpful. Bachelor degree required.
Under the direction of the Director of Communications, Alumni Relations & Special Events, create law school communications content such as press releases, spotlight stories, program sheets, social media posts, and event materials.
Under the direction of the Director of Communications, Alumni Relations & Special Events, create effective marketing materials that promote Drake programs to prospective students, potential CLE attendees, and other audiences to help achieve measured outcomes such as increasing applications and improving reputation.
Manage website and video display content to ensure that it conveys up-to-date information in an effective, engaging manner consistent with Drake's brand.
