TCP Realty Services, a Commercial Real Estate Management Company is looking for a dynamic addition to our team. Our Houston office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Leasing/Marketing Department.
Assist the Leasing/Marketing Department with day-to-day functions and leasing and marketing issues. Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating projects as well as execute other Property Administration duties as instructed.
High school diploma or higher.
2+ years of Administrative experience and 1+ years Commercial Property experience (Retail, Office, Industrial - NOT apartments) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Good communication skills required (verbal and written).
Ability to resolve tenant matters with service-oriented attitude.
Must be able to compose, edit and proofread reports and correspondence.
Good computer skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Work independently and manage time effectively.
Prepare welcome packages, commencement date letters, etc. and send out marketing material.
Draft new leases/amendments
Update Marketing Material on LoopNet/Costar, Website, etc.
Coordinate with third party leasing agents.
Support leasing/management team in administrative duties.
