The Marketing Coordinator's duties will include tracking progress of marketing campaigns, developing various marketing materials, integrating content across channels, updating online assets, coordinating digital marketing production, and helping to develop and deliver both traditional and digital marketing activities. The coordinator will be an essential player in driving the NAPFA brand narrative, maintaining brand consistency, and improving marketing communications to consistently deliver on marketing objectives.
An ideal candidate has multi-media savvy, is a well-organized multi-tasker and has a solid marketing skill set. This is a hybrid position with some days in-office and the option for some days remote.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns across all marketing channels.
Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers.
Source and develop content for digital channels.
Proof marketing materials.
Assist in gatekeeper activities for the website including ensuring all content is up-to-date and measuring of web page performance.
Consistently monitors and prepares marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign success.
Organize communications content resourcing and editorial calendars across marketing channels.
Implement social media strategy in alignment with other channel marketing content, objectives, and brand voice.
Load and deploy email marketing messaging into marketing automation platform.
Coordinate implementation of event marketing plans.
Remain up to date with the latest digital technologies and trends.
Support other organizational efforts as assigned.
Ideal Experience and Characteristics
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience.
Knowledge of CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms e.g., Higher Logic, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs, such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing including social media and content marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation metric dashboards and web analytics.
Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite and or collaboration tools e.g., Skype or Zoom.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with HTML and web content management systems a plus.
