The Executive Director, Caremark Segment Life Cycle Marketing reports to the VP of B2B Marketing and leads a team of 8 professionals. This rock-star leader will be strategic thought leader with a passion for B2B client-centric marketing from prospect to client and through the life cycle. You will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of a data-driven marketing program that will convert prospects to clients, and convert clients to brand loyalists. You will own the holistic end-to-end program across all channels (email, site, social, phone & field, direct mail, etc.) and across all moments of the life cycle (prospect, early tenure, growth, customer loyalty, and attrition prevention).
This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with long-term vision and strategy development. The challenge will be to bring together a cohesive strategy that is needs-based and personalized from a portfolio of solutions that have been historically desperate, for a complex and interesting target audience.
A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment is required. We are looking for a marketing innovator and visionary who can take the client and prospect experience to new heights.
Major Responsibilities Include:
⢠Create the vision and strategy for the B2B lifecycle marketing program, ensuring it is a cohesive and seamless x-channel client-centric experience, that is relevant and timely, and clearly demonstrates how CVS Health add values to business outcomes
⢠Ground the E2E segment-specific life cycle marketing strategy in tactics that will support growth and revenue targets at every moment of the lifecycle, e.g.:
⢠Create prospect strategy through to campaign & program delivery that find best opportunities and warms and supports conversion
⢠Envision an early tenure experience that creates evangelists from first possible moments and through challenging experiences (implementation, etc)
⢠Ensure the tenured client program drives growth by leveraging data-driven approach to opportunity identification and conversion
⢠Create meaningful loyalty programs that will create more best-customers and deliver intervention tactics to prevent attrition when clients are at risk.
⢠Inspire, motivate and lead a team of 8-10 colleagues to deliver the strategy with flawless execution
⢠Lead a culture of collaboration with marketing and field sales/account leaders to understand content needs, customer mindset, and growth opportunities
⢠Leverage primary client market research, competitive intelligence, internal data analysis, and sales insights to ensure a data-driven approach to engaging the different audiences most effectively (key decision makers, influencers, key client contacts, etc.)
⢠Create success metrics, develop reporting, and track engagement with content over time; leverage insights to refine strategy and inform go-forward approach
Required Qualifications⢠+12 years of experience with healthcare, PBM or relevant B2B industry marketing
⢠Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
⢠Travel: 15% Nationally
⢠Experience marketing to Fortune 500 companies, and marketing through/in collaboration with sales and account development teams

⢠Proven ability to build cohesive marketing strategy and execute successful revenue driving programs across the lifecycle with surround sound channel delivery
⢠Customer first mindset with proven deep expertise in data-driven B2B marketing programs and in account development marketing (e.g. marketing through field channels)
⢠Experience designing results reporting packages; familiarity with success measurement strategies ⓠleading KPIs as well as test vs. control
⢠Proven ability to Inspire team and influence x-functional partners at all levels of the organization to ensure you are bringing both leadership
⢠Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization
⢠Experience leading multiple layers of an organization and leading leaders to create followership
Education⢠Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
