ThisDigital Marketing Specialistpartners with the Global Chronic Pain Therapies and Movement Disorders marketing teamsas well as other cross functional business partners to lead and manage Abbott'scontentmarketingstrategy andexecution. The ideal candidate should have command of best practices and trends incontentmarketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience. In addition, they should be a passionate,contentmarketing enthusiastwith lots of cross-functional capability,curiosityand desire to deliver unique, engaging, and measurable campaigns that are designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship betweenour customersand Abbott.
Responsible for content developmentforouremail marketingand websitechannels, while incorporating best practices in copy and SEO, to connect with different audience segments
Identify opportunities to amplify content across various marketing channels andexternal mediaoutlets
Incorporateand assist with market research in the development of messaging and content to best resonate withour target audiences
Partner with internal cross functional stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative, manage timelines and execution of current projects
Align with marketing budget,develop,andtrack key performance indicators
Localize campaigns and share learnings, development,implementationwith other areasorcountries where appropriate to align with strategic goals
Support additional strategic marketing and communication initiatives as they emerge
Establish KPIs, benchmarks and reports for allcontentmarketingefforts
Provide comprehensive analysis, insights and recommendations for improvement by leveraging analytics data that identifies key areas that help increase engagement ROI, and overall performance of campaigns on a scheduled basis
Manage campaign timelines and budgets, as well as coordination of the production of any required campaign assets
Constantly improve personal knowledge ofcontentmarketingbest practices, staying up to date with current technologies, emerging trends, design tools and applications
Maintains understanding of neuromodulation technology in a competitive environment
Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCEYOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or Public Relations, related field or work experience is required
2+ years ofmarketingexperience, including hands-on experiencedeveloping content,working onemailautomation,mapping journeysand/or search engine optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office,Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot,Marketo, and/orAdobe Experience Manager
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
