The High Mountain Institute is seeking an Admissions Associate and Digital Marketing Manager, a full-time position. Responsibilities include managing HMI Gap recruitment and admissions and implementing an annual digital marketing plan for the school. Flexible start date, ideally late May/early June, 2022.

Position Responsibilities:
- Implement an annual outreach and recruitment plan for our Gap program, including
- Promotional travel (up to 10 weeks annually)
- Lead generation strategies and sources
- Communication with prospective students and families
- Developing the HMI brand to meet annual enrollment targets and to increase student diversity
- Manage all Gap applications in-progress and assist in admissions and financial aid decisions with the Director of Gap
- Plan and implement an annual digital marketing strategy for the school, including managing the HMI blog, assisting in managing the HMI website and SEO, maximizing customer relationship manager (CRM) efficacy, and producing compelling promotional content
- Assist in HMI Gap program preparation and course logistics

Minimum Qualifications:
