Digital Marketing CoordinatorAbout the OpportunityQualifications We are seeking candidates who are driven, analytical and highly organized to execute the wide-ranging digital marketing initiatives needed to engage and convert diverse audiences of prospective students. Working in collaboration with your Northeastern and Roux Institute marketing colleagues, you'll need to understand the brand and translate that into compelling ad campaigns that speak to our audiences across their journey and drives them into action, whether that be requesting more information about graduate programs, engaging in a partnership exploration, or getting involved with our entrepreneurship initiatives.
This position is a fit for someone who has a deep understanding of key marketing concepts and objectives pertinent to enrollment marketing, including channel planning, budget management, lead-generation, and funnel analyses. The candidate should also possess a high degree of comfort constructing and publishing new digital ad campaigns, with the requisite level of attention to detail, willingness to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving start-up environment, and a deep curiosity about marketing tactics both within and beyond the world of higher education.
You should have 2-4 years of demonstrated experience building and managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns - within platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter - with experience deploying multiple ad formats and optimizations. You should also have a bachelor's degree and/or a master's degree, in marketing, business administration, economics or a related field.
Excellent people skills and a global-first, inclusive mindset are a must. Because Northeastern is a university with locations worldwide you'll need to be culturally aware, both in professional interactions and in the work you produce.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing campaigns
- Monitor active paid campaigns, ensuring optimal daily delivery and budget management across channels and audiences
- Publish new ads and ad campaigns to existing and new channels complementing and expanding on existing assets to optimize campaign performance and build a robust library of deliverables
- Leverage campaign data to identify and make recommendations on areas of growth opportunity, including top-performing keywords, search terms, creative variations, audiences, placements, target markets and more
- Participate in the development of new campaign ad copy and creative, providing recommendations based on historical data and industry best practices
Innovation
- Stay up to date on industry best practices - inform marketing colleagues about trends and insights
- Use data and industry knowledge to test and learn into new channels, pushing out of the box thinking
Reporting
- Maintain performance dashboards to facilitate weekly and monthly reporting for senior leadership
- Analyze data with multiple levels of variables and segmentation
