The National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL), a small (9-employee/2,500 member) trade association, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional trade association, who will be responsible for improving the online and general experience of the Association’s members and other target audiences. This individual will help develop and improve the NABL website, e-mail communications, social media channels, mobile apps, etc.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Improve the design, traffic, and content of the website Develop strategies that drive customers to the website Create email blast campaigns to target new members and promote NABL conferences Format/design/distribute all NABL e-publications Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms Manage the content that NABL posts to social media Create paid campaigns on social media platforms Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or business Great problem solving skills and attention to detail Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe and Canva) Deep knowledge of web design principles, html experience is a plus Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to identify long term trends in data using Google Analytics Great communication skills Experience working with a content management system (iMis preferred) Strong project management skills Experience with email marketing platforms (Informz preferred)

NABL is a small (8 employees/2,500 members) association located near Metro Center in Washington, DC.
