Talent Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager
Reporting to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, the Talent Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager will partner with TA leadership and our internal marketing and communications teams for our businesses (McKesson, Ontada, CoverMyMeds) to optimize our North American talent brand strategy and position us as an employer of choice with integrated recruitment marketing campaigns--all while ensuring the best possible talent experience. We know it takes a village when it comes to talent branding, so this role will also oversee the strategy and design of enabling our Talent Acquisition team to leverage our talent brand strategy internally and externally across multiple platforms and channels.
Additional Key Responsibilities :
Ensure brand awareness and hiring campaigns are informed by brand guidelines and value proposition and align to business goals with localized strategies
Monitor and consult on pipeline, brand and channel health based ongoing measurement and insights of data and analytics
Collaborate with internal partners to build a content library inclusive of photos, videos, recruitment marketing (social, digital, job boards, etc.) and career website
Engage current employees and increase brand advocacy by creating internal employee spotlights, blog posts and other employee-related content to improve employer brand awareness
Partner with TA leadership to present and share Talent Brand & Recruitment Marketing efforts and wins to key stakeholders and leaders

Typical Minimum Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience.
Typically has 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years' supervisory experience.
5+ more years of recruitment marketing or related experience
Expertise in social media platform functionality, capabilities, and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience with digital and social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
