The US Oncology Network seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to execute strategies that drive awareness of community-based radiation oncology practices in local markets. With a focus on digital marketing activities and virtual liaison activity, you'll help joint venture practices in The US Oncology Network grow their patient base.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and dynamic professional who can deploy successful marketing strategies using internal and external data to achieve the practice's goals for annual and long-term growth. He/she must possess patient-facing marketing experience combined with proven abilities to thoughtfully execute email, web, social media and other programs that bring patients to a physician practice.
The position is also responsible for cultivating a liaison territory through building and enhancing relationships with referring physicians to increase radiation oncology referrals to the practice. The manager is responsible for sales planning, analysis, and targeting and development of their respective territory.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter; detail-oriented, driven, curious, and wanting to meet and exceed goals. He/she should have creative project management experience, convey an aptitude for staying calm and effective while managing multiple demands, and have experience working in fast-paced and matrixed organizations.

Creative project management and team experience required
Experience with Salesforce and Business Objects preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans
Experience creating email campaigns and e-newsletters
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, services, and tactics, including SEM, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Developing and execute marketing strategies to achieve annual and long-term growth for joint venture practices
Enhance and implement the online presence of practices by enacting best practice Search Engine Optimization strategies, conducting ad-hoc website audits and managing website content and updates directly and/or in collaboration with 3rd-party vendors
Generate demand by implementing and optimizing organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness through platforms such as Google AdWords, Doximity, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display networks
Manage in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in areas such as advertising, optimization, content development
Manage referring physician email campaigns and track leads
Manage relationships with external vendors as related to digital campaigns including budget oversight and project planning
Establishes and maintain ongoing communications with referring physicians and/or their office staff, including peer-to-peer, routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls, including 5 to 10 virtual visits per week.
Utilizes CRM, market analysis, trends, and performance reporting to develop sales plans and track practice growth
Supports practice growth efforts through practice visits, sales calls, tumor boards, community events, tradeshows, and cross-business collaboration
Executes administrative duties, including managing budget, travel expenses, and timely completion of expense reports
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of marketing and/or sales experience, in a HealthCare environment.
