Deploy and Execute the Marketing plan especially Digital Marketing
Customize and Execute with Excellence Global/Asia Pacific Marketing campaigns
Leverage Data Analytics to customize Digital Marketing and Achieve the KPIs
Plan and Execute Marketing campaigns to help deliver the plan of new patient acquisition.
Developing content and Maintaining the Brand Store(e-Marketplace)/ Website
Ensure compliance to Abbott Diabetes Care brand guidelines and internal processes
Own and Help Deliver E-Commerce New Patient Acquisition plan with the targeted acquisition Costs
Develop and optimize the DTC e-commerce patient acquisition model with different channel partners and drive partner specific marketing plans as needed
Build & Deploy Customer Retention Program
Lead the approval process for new product design goals, by being the voice of the customer (both external end users and internal commercial customers) based on solid market analytics.
Drives the development of the strategic plan & uses the resources within the organization to help achieve the financial commitments.
Maintains contacts with key customers & institutions to help further the interests of the business
Communicates ongoing progress & take corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
Support team in all marketing phases of product development
Manages marketing budget and responsible for all core marketing responsibilities Review & develop marketing materials, user and PR videos Builds and develops high performance team. Recruit and develop talent. Develop metrics used in managing business and evaluating ADC vs. competitive performance. Provide market data and analysis used in planning process. Manage relationships across functions to ensure optimal outcome for programs. Champion programs both internally and externally. Respond to brand/channel requests and competitive information, etc.
