What You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience in a product strategy or product management role with demonstrated skill leveraging market-back product strategies grounded in VOC
Demonstrated track record in creating innovative products using credit data to drive tangible marketing outcomes for financial services companies
In-depth knowledge of credit product acquisitions using direct marketing and digital advertising techniques: segmentation, list processing, execution, and campaign performance measurement.
Understanding of industry regulatory environment including FCRA and GLBA, along with a demonstrated expertise in working with compliance and legal teams on gaining product approval
Experience in driving innovation and leading highly matrixed teams, both directly and through influence, to execute complex product strategies
Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication for a senior executive level audience
Prior success leading and collaborating with cross-functional product teams within an Agile environment
Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, and customer-centric mind-set
Exudes accountability, ownership and a passion about the problem their products solve
Experience developing and presenting thoughtful business cases
Analytical, with developed quantitative skills and P&L experience
Creative and out-of-the box thinking to drive big product innovation
Product strategy and management experience in financial services
Impact You'll Make:
Champion TransUnion's credit-based products throughout the organization. Foster product adoption and ongoing utilization across the US Markets teams at TransUnion.
Be the subject matter expert for credit marketing products and consult with sales, product marketing, and solutions engineering teams.
Manage the legal & compliance review of credit-based marketing products.
Partner with the marketing solutions products' team and across other product groups across TransUnion to develop and integrate both digital and non-digital credit solutions into a seamless customer experience.
End-to-end responsibility covering product business requirements definition, use case prioritization, product roadmaps, commercialization, GTM planning, and ongoing product health and maintenance
Apply a commercial, user-centric mindset to build robust roadmaps that drive commercially successful solutions which achieve broad adoption within identified segments and meet/exceed revenue and profitability targets
Develop business cases and advocate for investment as needed, which includes partnering with Market (revenue) and IT (investment) teams
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups
Ensures the successful roll-out of new products to Market & Sales teams and supports the development and delivery of comprehensive product training
Monitors, analyzes and reports on product adoption, financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
