CCIM Institute’s marketing team is looking to add a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic group of professionals that are dedicated to advancing the commercial real estate profession.

Your Core Contributions to The Team
Manage and oversee all aspects of the institute’s email and digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote the organization and achieve all associated goals.
Coordinate the production and deploy marketing communications campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and some design adjustments. This may include:
Email marketing campaigns/marketing automation
Paid social media marketing and Google Ads campaigns
Coordinate regular copy and image updates for select communications based on department and brand guidelines.
Manage and contribute to the ongoing build-out and optimization of the marketing automation system.
Monitor day-to-day budgets for digital marketing tactics.
Analyze performance analytics, Google and email, to further optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with project leads to analyze data to improve customer experience, and lead and revenue generation across designed marketing assets, including emails and digital advertising.
Provide proofreading, basic graphic design support, and other assistance as needed.
Knowledge and abilities
Minimum of four years of marketing/communications experience preferably in an association setting.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, and basic HTML.
Email marketing or marketing automation platform experience required.
Some experience with an AMS or a CRM, such as Salesforce, required.
Comfortable using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Some experience writing copy for marketing communications, as well as proofreading ability.
AP Stylebook experience a plus.
Education, certification, licenses
College degree desired.
