Job Description :
The Marketing Manager, Wealth Management, is a part of the Marketing Center of Excellence, and will work independently supporting the development and execution of Equitable's Wealth Management advisor marketing programs to help drive advisor and client enablement and engagement. The individual will partner closely with the other members of the WM Marketing team, WM business line and other Marketing teams, as well as other product lines, IT, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and local branches.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Partner in development, approval and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives to help drive advisor and client enablement and engagement, WM business, outcomes, and recruiting goals
Create packaged turn-key programs to help advisors with deepening clients relationship or acquiring new clients.
Manage content updates and distribution of new content on an ongoing basis. This includes advisor digital marketing resources on equitable.com, centralized repository system, and in the online advisor portal, as well as direct mail pieces and brochures.
Create and maintain advisor sales materials, ensuring consistent messaging and clear value proposition.
Assist the Head of Wealth Management Marketing and Director of Strategy on key larger strategic initiatives, such as activation of the Equitable Advisors value proposition and incorporating holistic life planning throughout our marketing initiatives
Assist in the development of end-to-end marketing strategy for our "remote advice" unit to deliver on key business objectives
Understanding of advisor marketing digital platform, promoting strategic use with advisors and working with each platform to extract maximum value.
Other efforts to be evaluated by the Head of Wealth Management Marketing; this role and team is designed to be flexible and responsive to new ideas and opportunities.
This position reports to Equitable's head of Wealth Management Marketing and collaborates closely with senior members of the Equitable Advisors business and with other senior leaders in the Marketing Center of Excellence.

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Knowledge of Customers: Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information.
Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Social Media Marketing Management: Knowledge of social media; ability to develop and use social media strategies and tools to increase sales by strengthening brand identity, visibility, and reputation.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
6+ years experience in Marketing; Financial Services experience a plus
Proven project management skills including experience managing budgets
Highly effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record developing strong relationships across large organizations
Organizational skills with the ability to manage and execute against deadlines
