JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Enrollment Management, Marketing & Alumni Director will report to the President & Pastor and is responsible for planning, designing and implementing strategies and tactics to increase student enrollment/retention, alumni engagement and social media at MPB (parish & school), BGMPS, & SJPIIHS.
Enrollment: Coordinate and facilitate value added collaboration amongst the three schools. Coordinate and facilitate on and off-campus recruitment programs, events, campus tours, and other promotional events. Monitor data on the enrollment pipeline, retention of students, and the effectiveness of current strategies.
Marketing: Develop high-quality digital and non-digital communication pieces, including website content, email campaigns, printed articles, advertising, and social media posts designed to engage prospective families/parishioners. Develop high-quality networking groups of media contacts for school community promotions including radio, TX, etc. Create and proactively manage an annual calendar of targeted communications incorporating marketing collateral, promotional items, web content, email, social media and advertising.
Alumni: Create and lead opportunities for alumni engagement and maintain ongoing alumni communication and database.
REQUIREMENTS: Active, practicing Catholic Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, and development. Compliance with diocesan safe environment guidelines.
SKILLS: Outstanding interpersonal skills, community relations skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken word within a diverse community. Proficient in MS Office suite and graphic design platforms. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgements on sensitive/confidential issues. Ability to organize, prioritize, schedule and complete tasks according to timelines and criteria. Self-starter and collaborative. Perform related tasks and assignments as requested by the President and Pastor.
