VASE Graduate Admissions & Recruitment team is seeking a Director of Marketing & Graduate Recruitment. In addition to managing duties related to recruitment of graduate students in all programs with a specified territory, this position would focus primarily on creating comprehensive marketing plans for new graduate programs, and existing programs as determined necessary.Â
Meeting with faculty members/program directors regularly to develop SWOT analysis, including competitor landscape, target audience, market demand reports, and regular analysis/reporting, retention campaigns
Implement marketing plans and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective student inquiries
Create database of professional contacts
Work with Admissions team on prioritizing applications for new programs
Collaborate with international offices as necessary
Analyze applicant data
Provide regular reports on outcomes, adjust marketing strategy accordingly
Manage marketing budget
Work with Viterbi international office staff in China and India as determined by marketing goals Â
Represent Viterbi School at recruitment events
Manage directly 1 staff and 2-4 student workers (plan is to have an existing staff report to this individual).
This role will require a high level of interaction with students, a significant amount of market analysis and competitor benchmarking, and determination of effective ad campaigns.
