The Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant, working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Communications teams, will develop and lead Northwest Permanente's recruitment marketing effort. This individual will bring demonstrated consulting skills and a belief in the power of collaboration to the design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for recruiting top-tier physician, clinician, and administrative staff.

Major Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Recruitment / Sourcing:
Consult on the development and deployment of an annual recruiting conference schedule. Consult on the appropriate materials and marketing assets for each conference.
Lead the development and deployment of a marketing strategy for early-career clinicians, including identifying which residency and fellowship programs to target, and determining appropriate outreach (social, texting, email, events, etc.) to showcase opportunities.
Develop effective working relationships with NWP recruiters to provide insight on search/sourcing industry trends, tools and strategies, and maintaining competitive intelligence on recruiting and hiring efforts of other health care organizations in the region.
Serve as a subject matter expert and leader for external recruiting strategy in an increasingly competitive national market.
Partner with the Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (EID) program manager to develop and lead a comprehensive diversity recruitment strategy for both physicians and administrative staff. Identify and build relationships with schools and organizations that support communities of color and diversity.
Marketing / Communications:
Lead and own the design and implementation of a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality candidates; identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
Lead the design and execution of effective marketing campaigns to prospective candidate pools including email, digital, social, and direct marketing.
In collaboration with Communications team, co-lead the content strategy, production and development of the NWP recruiting website and make updates.
Oversee all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) marketing, working with 3rd party vendors as needed.
Lead metric tracking, dashboard creation and competitive strategy including campaign results, and facilitate collaborative strategy discussions with the Talent Acquisition and Communications teams to adjust to meet evolving competitive market.
Lead the creation and management of content, including job descriptions, advertising templates, and recruiting marketing collateral for conferences and external events.
Monitor 3rd party websites (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), and lead the digital strategy for engaging reviewers and evaluating results.
Consult with NWP Communications and Talent Acquisition teams on current trends and innovative recruiting techniques with peer organizations and external sources to be competitive in recruitment marketing practices.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business or closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Work Experience
Seven (7) years' experience in recruitment, marketing, or communications with a preference in health care
Demonstrated experience with online sourcing, including job-posting sites and social media
An advanced understanding of best practices and current trends in digital marketing
Strong understanding of the newest and most successful sourcing/research strategies
Self-starter with excellent written communication skills
Excellent relationship-building skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask and produce high volumes under tight deadlines
Experience leading and developing recruitment marketing strategy and content creation
Experience leading and developing communications, videos, blog posts, and social media
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition and Communications teams
Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and other information to create an evolving competitive strategic plan
Excellent overall technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with, GoogleAnalytics, CareerMD, Zoom, EventBrite, Practice Match, Glassdoor preferred
Excellent customer service
Domestic travel required
Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications
Seven (7) years' experience in health care setting
Seven (7) years' experience in recruitment, marketing or communications
Experience with marketing and communications
Physician recruitment preferred
Knowledge of recruitment principles, processes and credentialing/hiring standards for health care professionals or other executive/professional groups.
