Pratt Institute's Communications and Marketing division (PCOMM) seeks a Digital Marketing Copywriter who will be a key member of the digital communications team as we rebuild the Pratt.edu website. The Digital Marketing Copywriter will work in collaboration with our communications and marketing and enrollment management teams, to produce dynamic, branded copy for our recruitment and academic programs. In conjunction with the rebuild of the Pratt.edu website, the Digital Marketing Copywriter works closely with the members of PCOMM and our enrollment and academic clients to bring to life Pratt's marketing and enrollment content, developing and executing a consistent voice across multiple channels. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively, have experience with enrollment marketing and recruitment communications strategies, and have experience developing a consistent editorial style and voice for digital audiences.
On a typical day you will:
Produce marketing copy from concept to completion
Develop compelling, engaging and consistent copy for digital marketing assets, including but not limited to digital and related print marketing content, website copy, banners and other digital advertisements, emails, social media, paid search, audio and video promotion
Work closely with the digital communications, editorial, PR and creative services teams to create new, innovative marketing materials, in collaboration with our enrollment and academic colleagues
Utilize market research, survey results and other data to produce targeted marketing copy
This position is temporary and is needed from the date of hire through June 30, 2022 (with the possibility of extension), offering 20-25 hours per week at the rate of $38.00 per hour.
