The National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc (NBCOT®) is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and monitoring marketing initiatives across all channels that align with NBCOT’s brand.
Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns, social media strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and communications to stakeholders.
Manage creative and social team in the marketing and communications department
Produce and manage the overall marketing editorial calendar.
Responsible for digital marketing campaign success and leading the day-to-day oversight of social media, website, and email campaigns.
Manage the creation of engaging and impactful videos for social, web, and presentations.
Oversee social media campaigns and ensure alignment with the overall marketing campaign and work with existing team on conceptualization and design of graphics
Create a wide range of branded marketing materials, ensuring consistent execution of NBCOT’s brand image and the highest quality standards.
Work across teams to create visually stunning presentations that resonate with our audiences.
Oversee the publication of our digital newsletter.
Manage NBCOT’s presence as an exhibitor and presenter at trade shows and conferences
Track email analytics and report on impact and success; research and introduce innovative methods and outlets for stakeholder communications.
Work cross-functionally with other departments
7-10 years of marketing experience.
Experience managing a team.
Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Strong comprehension of both traditional and emerging channels for marketing and communications.
Knowledge of SEO, HTML, and Google Analytics.
Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite required
Experience working with Content Management Systems, Sitecore preferred.
Proficient with Office 365 suite of products.
Knowledge or experience working with Email Solution Providers.
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and pivot with little supervision
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing and/or changing priorities, in a short period of time.
Demonstrated ability to promote, support, and succeed in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior work in the certification industry is a plus (but not required).
