FirsTech's Product Marketing Manager drives innovation to develop and communicate the company's Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform. This position drives growth for BaaS business and the firm by leveraging FirsTech's professional services and payments anywhere platform.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Develop go-to-market plans for new products and implement growth strategies for existing products.
Work with the product team to provide user feedback, align on the product roadmap, understand the product features and develop messaging around how the product will solve the problems of our users.
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to better understand our product offerings and the needs of our customers.
Support demand generation and content marketing campaigns with expertly crafted persona-specific content.
Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.
Maintain and manage competitive intelligence. Evaluate and analyze market research data.
Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team.
Develop and implement promotional activities such as product launches.
Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts and email copy.
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
Develop customer-facing release notes and update help desk material.
Must have an operational ability to effectively perform at all levels of the business with a proven track-record of excellence in engaging and building relationships with executive-level clients.
Organized, detail-oriented and capable of advancing projects simultaneously.
Customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas.
The market and how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into.
Must be a strong writer and communicator that brings the voice of the customer front and center to all marketing deliverables.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product

Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels, translating complex initiatives into materials and products that effectively communicate core values and goals.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Minimum of 5 years in a product marketing or management capacity - in the financial services industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
