What you’ll be doing...
The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will drive Enterprise segment revenue by leading the planning, management, execution and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand for Verizon Business Group’s Enterprise wireless products and services. You will have the authority and independence to ensure that requirements, communication opportunities and risks of the various objectives are identified, managed and completed in a timely fashion in order to achieve program objectives.
Collaborate with segment marketing leads to understand business objectives and define and establish baseline campaign objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPI’s.
Partner with internal teams (creative, media, research, insights, competitive intelligence, go-to-market, PR, AR, events, and legal) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing needs.
Author and own strategic campaign briefs and brief internal partners and agencies.
Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategy and keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline.
Manage timelines and have your finger on the pulse of all program details so you are the one person who knows the status of any deliverable at a given point in time.
Track and report out results.
Develop a deep understanding of emerging business trends, technologies, business intelligence and competitive threats to share back with the business and ensure strategy is aligned.
Partner with Insights team to fill knowledge gaps where they exist.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree or MBA.
B2B Marketing experience with experience working with various marketing levers.
Experience in the technology industry.
Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for internal and external audiences.
Agency or consultant experience.
Ability to work with and lead large and varied teams.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
