MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR , MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU) , to assist the marketing manager with overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Marketing Department and ensuring that all phases of the marketing strategic plan/campaigns are completed on deadline and on budget. Will direct workflow to and from the internal marketing team and other departments or third-party vendors, based on established priorities, corporate direction, and team need; and provide support as needed to ensure assignments are completed at the highest level of quality and with a focus on success that meets expected ROI and other KPI goals. This position combines the work of a creative traffic manager and content development oversight and involves multiplatform strategies, including traditional, digital, and social marketing.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; at least three years of marketing experience; excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and editing skills; attention to process and detail; knowledge of Asana, Monday, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, MSOffice, and Google Docs; and familiarity with QC and editing related to marketing and promotions.
