Associate Manager, National Accounts On-Premise Marketing

The Associate National Accounts On-Premise Marketing Manager is responsible for the continuous development and ongoing execution of on-premise National Account marketing/sales presentations and promotional programming across the Constellation Brands beer portfolio.
The Associate National Accounts On-Premise Marketing Manager works closely with the National Accounts On-Premise Marketing Manager and respective National Account Sales Managers to develop marketing/sales presentations, programming extensions or custom programming support to enhance awareness, conversions, increase points of distributions and feature activity that is consumer focused, aligned with Brand strategies and retailer objectives.Â Strong candidates will have experience with expectations to achieve success with National Account On-premise retail sale-in, retailer challenges and foundations of channel-specific support. This individual will work with cross-functional teams to create and implement programming designed to increase consumer engagement while elevating the consumer experience.Â Â
Reports to the National Accounts On-Premise Marketing Manager, and aligned to multiple stakeholders, supporting activities across the entire beer portfolio.
Assists in the annual National Accounts strategic planning process, aligning internal Marketing teams, Insights and Analytics, National Accounts Sales and external agency efforts in the delivery of presentations and tools to achieve company goals.
Manages the Marketing process for RFP presentations in tight coordination with the National Accounts sales organization.Â Builds and presents agency and external briefs, coordinates cross functional requirements and input, evaluates retailer priorities with company objectives, builds marketing section of presentation decks, supports presentation for sale in.
Ongoing analysis of brand/industry data for general brand presentation deck build out for all on-premise team access to utilize for Regional and Local Accounts.
Assist with National Accounts On-Premise budgets.Â Align line item allocation, reconcile expenses and accruals, prepare budget for monthly forecasting.Â Assess ROI/ROAS on program expenditures.
Assists in the creation of Purchase Orders through SAP Ariba system.
Timely coordination of National Accounts marketing programming, including managing the review and approval process among internal cross-functional departments including Brand Marketing, Legal, Insights and Procurement.
Ensure proper program planning and recap decks are communicated to key sales and marketing stakeholders in timely manner.
Builds productive, trusting relationships with internal and external clients to deliver brand presentations that secure distribution and feature activity.
Supports company execution within industry events focused on the On-Premise.
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in consumer package goods (CPG) Marketing (Shopper, Trade, Retail or Brand Marketing), Agency or Sales.
Progressive experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies in the briefing, ideation, production, and execution of consumer centric programing that aligns to brand strategy and retailer objectives.
Strong communications skills; articulate, robust writing, speaking and presentation-building skills, strong interpersonal skills, and solid cross functional skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize, and solid financial acumen
Strong teamwork skills; ability to assist with projects and work with interdepartmental functions to achieve project completion in a smooth and timely manner
Motivated self-starter and be able to work without daily guidance
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong MS Office experience, specifically Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry
Experience with and understanding of 3-tier distribution
