As the Marketing Coordinator for Fetch, you will be responsible for managing the outreach and community engagement activities of the veterinary hospital.
We believe that our success is achieved by your direct and indirect interactions with:
Referring veterinarians and their practices
All Social Media platforms
Our expectation is that you will focus on these interactions equally and demonstrate initiatives to include education and outreach, client motivation, community organization, coordination with other veterinary practices, evaluation of referral programs, and marketing analysis that directly results in more referrals and clients for our practice.
Prospect and account management through territory record keeping. This includes proactive, professional communication in a timely, accurate and meaningful way with the entire Fetch team
Prepare and maintain annual marketing budget
Develop campaigns and media marketing strategies on all platforms that promotes Fetch, its mission, core values and expertise in veterinary specialty and emergency medicine
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data
Create & maintain weekly call list, call-report and off-site calendar for referrals and veterinary practice visits
Constant awareness of territory markets and hospitals, market potentials, and keeping current on changes that are taking place in these markets
Acts as the key liaison with local veterinary medical associations and other business and professional associations in the territory
Actively create and implement goal oriented, market-specific plans
Maintain Google reviews and analytics
Posting and creating creative content for our social media outlets
Create short videos for social media for Patient of the Week and Fetch Team Spotlight
Build, develop and maintain rDVM relationships through on-site visits, CE Programs, email and social media campaigns, as well as lunch and learns
Organize community outreach through local events
Maintain fetchvets.com website as needed to account for local events and client testimonials, news and articles
Design constant contact fliers for the announcement of events
Create and update current Fetch marketing materials with the assistance of our graphic designer and Fetch Admin team
REQUIRED ROUTINE ACTIVITIES:
40-50% travel within territory
Being ProActive in all things Fetch Market to #makingfetchhappen!
Attend professional conventions & seminars to maintain and continuously improve marketing knowledge & skills.
Promote Fetch and its services through marketing efforts, attending local continuing education seminars, participating in luncheons with community hospitals.
Promote Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers and its services at regional, national meetings.
Write content for Fetch social media platforms, newsletters, marketing materials and websites.
Skills & Knowledge
The ability to network and build relationships

Knowledge of English language, and advanced writing skills
Knowledge of various forms of communications including social media, online platforms, written, verbal and electronic

Veterinary knowledge is a PLUS!
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related discipline
Training in social media, public relations, business, communications and/or marketing preferred.
Highly creative with experience in devising social media and digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics and tools.
At least 1 year of marketing experience (1 to 3 preferred) in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferably in the veterinary industry.
