This Group Marketing Manager will responsible for:
Directing and managing a team and initiatives that are cross-functional and team-based in nature.
Leading the development and execution of an annual integrated marketing campaign plan for assigned multi-condition Service Line or strategic initiatives.
Collaborating with Digital, Communications and Market Research teams to create innovative solutions, optimize digital marketing best practices, and continually improve campaign effectiveness in driving business outcomes.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and the key business and clinical service line owners.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, business, healthcare or equivalent and at least 7 years' experience in marketing and communications, with 5 years leading the development and execution of marketing plans in a complex and decentralized corporate, academic and/or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in digital marketing (content, systems, campaigns, measurement) required.
Demonstrated working through knowledge of digital design tools, web analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google Adwords, content management tools (i.e., Brandmaker) and social media.
