Team overview Schroders has an established presence in France since 2001 with current assets under management of â‚ 10.4 billion. The Paris office comprises:
a distribution team of 17 people serving professional clients (institutional investors and third party distributors) in France and Monaco;
a real estate team of 6 people in charge of commercial business acquisitions in France, Belgium and Luxembourg;
an Hotel real estate team (Schroder Real Estate Hotels) of 24 people specialised in hotels acquisitions and management across Europe;
an AIFM asset management company (Schroder Aida) dedicated to infrastructure finance, with 17 professionals.
The French business and teams have grown significantly over the past 5 years, with a mission to develop a high performing team fostering and promoting trust, constructive communication, mission alignment and high engagement.
Who we look for As part of the Distribution team, we are recruiting a new member in a Client Proposition / Marketing role. The new joiner will be part of the Marketing & Client Service team, which comprises 5 people (Head of Marketing & Client Service, 2 Marketing, 2 Client Service)
Development, production, customization and maintenance of marketing materials based on Schroders key investment capabilities (such as presentations, brochures and fund profiles but also newsletters and monthly emailing)
Adaptation, customization and production of ad-hoc educational content
Development of competition, key market trends and brand positioning analyses on the French market (building peer groups and using databases such as Broadridge, Morningstar, etc.)
Participation to the definition and implementation of marketing campaigns, in line with the business plan (including emailing, marketing events organization)
Management of the campaign tracking activity using Schroders available tools (Salesforce Pardot and others)
Maintenance of the marketing log for compliance-audit purpose
Previous experience in an international asset management company with experience in a similar role
French speaking and fluent in English
Excellent written skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously
Technical knowledge of financial products in all asset classes, including Private Assets
Natural appetite for economic and financial literature and topics
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative mind set
