COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR 1 , List Visual Arts Center , to perform--with minimal supervision--complex and diverse communication-based functions. The primary duties are three-fold--manage the List Center website, social media accounts, and all email and printed communications. Will report to the communications and development manager and work collaboratively with curatorial and education staff to strategically implement all communication. Will also oversee design interns and outside vendors. The principal duties include managing all web content, creating electronic and print communications, posting to all social media accounts, and running data analytics.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; at least one year of social media and web-based communications experience; excellent administrative, organizational, interpersonal, writing, communication, and copy-editing skills; ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage competing priorities; initiative; problem-solving skills; advanced-level computer skills in a Macintosh environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced-level skills using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and illustrator; basic programming skills using Drupal and MailChimp; and the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
