Responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications with all activities, events, and functions to support marketing and sales for Zoellner Arts Center. In addition, this position will be the lead in the social media and email marketing for the center. 1. Marketing & Communication *Supports the Zoellner Arts Center’s mission by implementing marketing strategy *Implements annual marketing and advertising strategy using allocated budget and resources to support Center events *Coordinates content for Guest Artist, Music and Theatre Department events as assigned by supervisor *Works with supervisor to develop strategy for pre and post event publicity *Coordinates email marketing strategy in coordination with supervisor and in collaboration with the ticketing team
2. Content Management *Support supervisor’s strategy for Zoellner Arts Center’s website *Implement content and copy strategy for events, programs, brochures, presentations, web pages, development resources and other marketing collateral *Utilize best practices to create communications that represents the right tone for Zoellner Arts Center *Implement strategy for social media (Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.) impact in consultation with supervisor *Utilizes CRM to create necessary reports *Create designs as needed to support events for the Center *Partner with University stakeholders on creating content relevant to University schedule *Work with Ticket Services to code/to create direct communication with ticket buyers and email subscribers
3. Key Metrics *Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing and tracking of marketing programs such as but not limited to: email, event, social media or content marketing *Work with supervisor and other members of the center to conduct market research on the effectiveness of marketing strategy *Collaborate with supervisor to create up to date metrics and objectives for marketing department *Stays up to date on marketing trends and analytical reporting to measure success of marketing content
4. Administrative *Practice consistent, reliable, predictable, effective, thoughtful, compassionate and courteous communication with all stakeholders and colleague *Work collaboratively across departments to create atmosphere of trust and transparency to support the mission of Zoellner Arts Center and Lehigh University *Support the mission of Zoellner Arts Center and the mission of Lehigh University *Ensure a healthy workplace and organizational policies that value experience and new ideas *Embrace other management and administration responsibilities, as appropriate

This position is partially remote while the campus remains in a limited capacity due to COVID-19: in the future this position may have the ability to work both from home and on campus as deemed appropriate by their supervisor
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends during peak periods
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
One to three years related work experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service required
Solid writing ability, attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
Solid computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
