Working under the direct supervision of the Marketing and Fulfillment Manager in the Journals department support all functions related to marketing and fulfillment of 35 journals, which includes promotion, product development, pricing, and distribution. This is a broad position that allows the right candidate in this position to become involved in a wide range of marketing and fulfillment activities and to utilize his/her marketing skills and talents.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Journalism or related field plus one (1) year relevant work experience; year for year equivalent education and experience considered.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat). Demonstrate an understanding of marketing techniques used to identify and address the needs of diverse customer bases. Experience in creating visually appealing, accurate, and informative promotional materials. Ability to maintain complete and accurate records. Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines for multiple assignments.
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree. Two (2) plus years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience in any of the following is desirable: Knowledge of online publishing; Familiarity with basic HTML; Professional social media skills; Knowledge of Crystal Reporting; Familiarity with THINK fulfillment software.
