This position will help to drive website and digital efforts and internal and external communication strategies in order to promote enrollment goals for both the Silver Spring and Oakton campuses. This is an integral, cross-functional role that will work closely with the Admission team to drive inquiries, increase retention, and promote brand awareness through comprehensive multimedia storytelling and related initiatives.

• Oversee marketing and community outreach calendars for all constituent groups.
• Manage the website and social media platforms ensuring Siena is consistently creating and delivering intriguing content- blog and video. 
• Marketing Plan—Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for Siena that engages internal and external constituents in the support and promotion of the school. Establish an annual social media editorial calendar
• Strategizing to position Siena in the digital realm in ways that align with key priorities and institutional goals
• Web-Based Marketing—Provide oversight and leadership to the school’s website by regularly updating the content, news, and videos. In addition, utilize web-based marketing strategies to increase the online presence for the school including the effective use of social media sites and search engine optimization for the website. Implementing website best practices including SEO, responsive design, and personalization

• Digital Marketing- Research and recommend new digital tactics to increase digital presence and reach. Monitor all social media activity and prepare monthly reports. Manage online school review sites including Private School Review, GreatSchools, Niche, etc. Manage paid advertising campaigns. Using analytical tools, tracks success and engagement across all platforms, to ensure maximum impact and brand awareness.

• Word-of-Mouth Marketing—Develop and implement an effective word-of-mouth marketing strategy that will create internal and external buzz for the school.
• External Marketing—Develop and implement an external marketing effort that will generate increased awareness for the school within all of its target constituencies including parents, faculty/staff, grandparents, alumni, donors, and friends, as well as within the community.
• Siena’s Brand—Provide leadership to the school community for Siena’s brand by enforcing brand standards as well as reviewing and approving all collateral and web-based communications.
• Create and maintain a library of digital publications, including handbooks, resource guides, and other schoolwide publications
• Collaborate with other Marketing & Communications Team members on photography, video, and graphics, copy, website, and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute a communications strategy in partnership with the Director of Admissions 
• Other duties as assigned
