Lecturer of Digital Marketing, August 2021

The University of Tennessee, Haslam College of Business invites applications and nominations for a full-time, non-tenure track lecturer position in its Department of Marketing. This position involves preparing for and teaching seven undergraduate and/or graduate course sections per academic year and contributing through service to the department, college and university. Primary instructional responsibilities will be in the digital and visual marketing content area, with potential secondary teaching assignments in related areas. The candidate's mix of job responsibilities is subject to change based on departmental needs. The effective date of employment will be August 1, 2021 (or when filled).

Required: Graduate degree in marketing or related field completed as of the starting date of employment. Preferred: The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. degree in marketing or related field and a strong foundation and interest in the areas of digital and visual marketing. In addition, preference will be given to candidates with at least five years of relevant business experience in the digital and visual marketing space, and those with demonstrated competence in the tools and skills necessary for effective digital and visual marketing. Qualified individuals are invited to submit their application materials via Interfolio.
