Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) is currently seeking a proactive, innovative, passionate, and highly motivated Director of Marketing. This individual will serve as a critical member of the senior management team, positioning the firm as a leader in the market research industry, and helping to generate business leads through the company’s omnichannel marketing efforts. Applicants should be experienced in managing team members and integrating account-based market efforts across various functional areas. This individual will also combine strong leadership skills with a mastery of marketing tools and platforms to build brand identity, deliver thought leadership, raise awareness, and engage C-Suite and other key decision makers. This position reports to the CEO. Responsibilities and Expectations Strategy & Operations - Lead and mentor a high-performing, highly collaborative 4-person marketing team; prioritize, allocate, and manage departmental resources; prioritize and manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Develop and further relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as sales, account executives, client services, and other senior leaders, to drive top-of-funnel opportunities and support industry-specific go-to market strategies
- Partner closely with the VP of Sales to develop and execute well-integrated account-based marketing strategies and tactics
- Create KPIs, evaluates and communicates success, and provides solutions based on results
- Adhere to CMB’s defined approaches, processes, best practices, etc.
Content & Communication - Develop high-impact and results-focused marketing strategies, and clearly defined execution plans that drive sales and reinforce the brand, including event marketing, content marketing, and product and service development
- Spearhead strategic company initiatives—such as storytelling—and serve as primary strategy advisor to the industry sector leaders and leadership team, including the identification of potential growth & improvement opportunities
- Manage external communications and lead PR initiatives; craft messaging and positioning in the market; Oversee digital marketing channels; Ensure that the company has a compelling, cohesive brand identity
- Manage development of marketing materials for collateral, reports and proposals, and event communications
- Keep a pulse on the future of marketing and market research by attending marketing conferences and educational programs; Partner with internal and external clients to execute engaging and impactful presentations
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) in a related area, such as marketing, communications, and/or public relations
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a professional services organization
- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, and collaborate with senior-level staff
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and manage budgets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent computer knowledge/skills, particularly with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Suite and/or video and photo editing tools
