This position is in our Innotescus division.  We are looking for a unique Growth Marketing Manager with a broad set of skills and experiences matched to a high-growth tech start-up. In this role you would primarily be responsible for taking ownership of the product messaging and online marketing funnel used to drive user acquisition. The role is designed to build brand awareness, launch new product features, and growth users through online channels. This is key and influential role with significant opportunity to advance.

Principal/Essential Duties:

• Develop marketing messages to communicate customer value and position Innotescus to be a technology leader
• Primary owner of customer facing brand and product communication
• Take charge of website messaging and conversion funnel
• Design and implement email demand generation campaigns which promote user growth
• Establish and implement a content marketing strategy
• Collaborate with sales to create and execute campaigns to support sales enablement
• All other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing tech startup environment
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Must be accountable and entrepreneurial, with a desire to own the outcome and make an impact on the most critical growth metrics and company vision
• Able to roll up your sleeves attitude and do whatever it takes to make things successful no matter what the problem or area
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Working knowledge of Marketing Automation techniques and systems
• Working knowledge of project management software such as Monday or Assana

Experience/Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business, or Liberal Arts
• 7+ years’ work experience
• Experience running A/B content experiments
• Experience running content/inbound marketing strategies
• Experience running paid marketing campaigns
• Experience with growth hacking strategies
• Experience marketing B2B SaaS Products to technical customers

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:

• Perform sedentary work - exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally. Some work will be sedentary work which involves sitting most of the time.
