This role will report to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy as part of the broader Marketing and Communications team and is primarily (90%) responsible for providing shared services marketing support to Strada’s four nonprofit affiliate organizations (Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, Education at Work, InsideTrack and Roadtrip Nation).
Strategy and Planning - provide marketing strategy and planning support across affiliates, working in concert with their respective marketing and revenue
Works closely with Strada and affiliate partners on the development of marketing strategies to achieve affiliate goals including:
Audience segmentation strategy
Product strategy coordination
Supports affiliate marketing strategy efforts with audience research, competitive monitoring, and organizational
Collaborates with affiliates to co-create marketing plans in support of the marketing strategy including paid, earned, owned, and social media
Execution - Works with affiliate peers on operationalizing marketing strategy and
Supports design, development, execution, and measurement of a variety of affiliate marketing activations including:
Digital programs including social media, search marketing, SEO
Community engagement programs
Content marketing activities
Sales enablement and creative materials including video and print
Virtual and live events
Works with affiliates to determine success metrics of marketing initiatives, track and report performance to
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and
10+ years of progressive brand and product marketing experience for nonprofit, association, or other grant-seeking
Experience with higher education or workforce development industries
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, and community building &
Knowledge of marketing and strategy consulting, with strong discovery, project scoping,
stakeholdering abilities, and analytical skills.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, )
Strong project planning and change management
Experience in co-designing and executing effective omnichannel marketing
Familiarity with market research programs to drive relevant marketing
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define marketing and communication requirements for a variety of
Action-oriented self-starter who sets challenging but realistic deadlines and thrives in a fast-paced
