Digital Marketing Production Specialist

Job Description: The Digital Marketing Production Specialist supports the Advancement Marketing team by executing data and production processes for email and social media that in turn support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts across multiple channelsâ”including web, direct mail, texting, and student calling. This role must balance multiple, ongoing production schedules to help meet topline fundraising and stewardship objectives, with a focus on helping to achieve the $40M+ fundraising goal for the Brown Annual Fund. This position will work very closely with the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing to produce and deliver email solicitations, newsletters, stewardship, recruitment and event follow-up efforts as well as to track and report back on statistics to better inform marketing strategy. This position will also execute paid and organic social media campaigns, including management of the BearShare social media ambassador program and will work in collaboration with the Sr. Digital Strategist and content producers to help implement content marketing strategies. This position will also play a role in supporting the implementation of new digital marketing tools as they are adopted by the Division of Advancement. Job Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelorâ™s degree and 2-5 years of experience in communications/publications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
