POSITION PURPOSE We are looking for a talented investment marketer to join our UK marketing team. This person will help us build on the asset growth and increased brand awareness T. Rowe Price has experienced in the UK over the past few years. The team's remit cover both the institutional and intermediary segments and we are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in either or both segments; particularly those with a strong knowledge of the UK media landscape, campaign management and proven budget management experience.

Deliver and help develop the go-to-market strategy for the UK Plan, execute and measure effective marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix, with a digital-first mindset Represent the UK business within T. Rowe Price, ensuring our clients' needs are met Manage regular updates to core materials and ensure the delivery of high-quality end-to-end content through third party and proprietary events Accurate and effective budget management
This role requires the skills of a creative, flexible and highly-motivated marketer with a high degree of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a focus on meeting delivery deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work across the promotional mix and with multiple stakeholders; including an existing 4-person UK marketing team, the UK Country Head and relationship managers.
More broadly, this role works with teams such as investment management, compliance, PR, insights & product marketing, market research, marketing shared services and digital to produce and disseminate best in class content, presentations, events, digital, relationship marketing and advertising that positively positions and differentiates T. Rowe Price in the marketplace.
Marketing strategy, planning and development to accomplish business goals
Contribute to the development of the integrated marketing strategy to raise brand awareness and consideration and to support and position specific investment capabilities or initiatives across institutional and intermediary segments.
Given budget, resources, and analysis of the competitive landscape draws on appropriate marketing tools (content, road shows, speaking opportunities, webinars, sponsorships, PR, web) to promote and differentiate identified strategies and/or initiatives.
Analyses and monitors relevant industry trends and draws on investment and market knowledge to make informed recommendations and decisions.
Manages and executes the development of investment and segment focused marketing campaigns
Drawing on investment and market knowledge as well as marketing and project management skills, leads the development of engaging, timely and meaningful output and integrated campaigns to support identified investment strategies and/or initiatives.
Provides meaningful direction and input on positioning, themes and content.
Gathers required background and perspective from relationship managers and investment professionals and provides informed direction to writing and creative teams to better leverage their time as well as directly generating content based on existing material. Manages appropriate resources in the creation and production of output from initial idea through final, legally approved product, as well as dissemination and measurement. Output includes but is not limited to: presentation decks, sales and client collateral, videos and investment dialogues/viewpoints, direct mail, advertorials or other written papers.
Leverage EMEA and TRP Marketing tools and content
Drawing on communications with other regions and the wider firm (US, Asia) to identify elements of their marketing plans and tactics that could be leveraged in the region. Responsible for tailoring to adapt for country cultural and investment nuances and in local language.
Leads and involved in ad hoc marketing projects
Leads or supports various ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as appropriate including cross business unit efforts.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years' experience working in the asset management field with a focus on the UK
Working knowledge of intermediary and institutional clients, investment strategies and product positioning
Knowledge of digital marketing
Curiosity and knowledge of industry trends, best in practice and competition
Knowledge of financial markets and investing
Knowledge of UK media landscape
Budget management experience
A personal drive to impact business results
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
