We are searching for a talented Director, New Development Marketing to be based out of our NYC or DC office.
As a member of Brookfield Properties' Multifamily team, the Director of New Development Marketing will define and execute marketing strategies and tactics inclusive of branding, property identity, paid media, website and creative to successfully launch new development residential across product types and geographies. With collaboration, strong communication and project management skills being key ingredients to success, the Director will partner with various teams across Marketing, Asset Management and Operations as well as with external agencies to ensure the marketing objectives tie to the Corporate Strategic Plan, Operations Strategy and drive occupancy at maximum rents while maintaining a focus on customer service. This is an incredibly exciting time to help shape the new Marketing organization for Brookfield Multifamily. Develop, execute, manage and optimize integrated marketing strategies and plans for the multifamily new development portfolio in order to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals. Oversee branding, property identity, paid media, creative, website development, on-line reputation, social media and marketing events.
Strong project management skills and detail-oriented a must. Accountable for new development marketing budget planning process and overall budget management.
Be a story-teller with data. Analyze and report on performance of new developments and uncover marketing opportunities to grow occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Oversee marketing agencies and partners, inclusive of their scopes of work and project plans. Ensure associated project deadlines are met, flawlessly executed, optimized and are on-budget.
Be the new development multifamily marketing expert. Differentiate and position Brookfield Multifamily as the market leader by constantly evolving and improving new development marketing. Innovate through a test and learn approach.
This position requires a Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Marketing/Communications. 5-7 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.
8-10 years of Integrated Marketing Communications experience is required.
8-10 years of New Development Residential Marketing experience is required.
8-10 years of Strategic Thinking experience is required.
5-7 years of Digital Marketing experience is required.
5-7 years Branding and visual merchandising experience is preferred.
