As a key member of the Commercial Finance team and Digital Marketing & Customer Activation Leadership Team, this position plays a key role in collaborating with the Activation team in shaping and driving digital strategy and delivery, E-Commerce, Alternate Channel, Retail Transformation and Consumer Experiences. In addition, the incumbent will focus on the professional development of his/her team. This role will report directly to Senior Vice President of Commercial Finance.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with multiple senior stakeholders and provide strategic and financial guidance to the Activation team
Presents and communicate to senior stakeholders the forecasts, performance and potential risks/opportunities of financial performance
Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency within the commercial finance team
Define the financial strategy and roadmap for eCommerce and Alternate Channels.
Support the development and implementation of the next generation of digital consumer and customer engagement technologies to evolve eCommerce as a core capability within the US
Strategic focus on analytics capabilities and predictive models that improve eCommerce ROI
Manage demand planning, prioritization and delivery of new technologies to support Activation
Identify opportunities for increased operational and business efficiencies and innovation
Facilitates integration, communication and prioritization across multiple Activation projects and stakeholders
Establish and maintain strategic relationships within the US, Globe House and other markets to share best practices
Leadership of a high performing team by providing the framework to allow the talent to excel
Management of diverse stakeholders and expectations across all functions and geographies.
Driving ad-hoc projects as required
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area 15 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or relevant area including at least 5 years of working at at a senior management/executive level
CPA, MBA, MAC or international equivalent
Experience within or supporting digital/commercial activation
Strong business acumen. Understand market dynamics and demand patterns
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate financial strategy, results, and forecasts
Big picture thinker and creative problem solver, able to thrive strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while overseeing multiple concurrent projects
Demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking with strong influencing and leadership skills
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
