Manage the content enablement team.
Manage all product content across cbre.us & cbre.com including but not limited to; campaign promotion, content hubs, team sites, specialty environments and product home pages.
Manage SEO/SEM, lead gen programs and journey campaigns, and other initiatives with appropriate partners.
Regularly measure and report on web traffic and lead gen programs. Use reporting methods to offer meaningful insights and solutions to enhance messaging to targeted audiences.
Manage media budget.
Continually seek to improve user journeys by mapping content to services, creating clear business connectivity and lead gen opportunities.
Partner with product marketing partners and web teams to develop cohesive digital strategies across products and major markets - identify opportunities for efficiencies and increased traffic.
Partner with web team to develop and execute on an enhanced user experience including content personalization and on-platform search optimization.
Partner with product marketing, research and PR leads to develop content strategies that support thought leadership and increase brand consistency.
Partner with product marketing leads to build signature experiences, through events and content, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Manage digital vendor relationships.
Continually explore emerging media platforms and martech tools.
Own audience segmentation and contact data quality, with an understanding of compliance needs.
Deep understanding of web analytic technology including Google 360, SEO tools, heat maps, etc.
Experience with Marketing Automation and Personalization software. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing and Sitecore Personalization a plus.
Expert in product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation, personalization etc.)
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to deftly navigate within a global and matrixed organization complemented by a track record of successfully working and influencing in a fast-paced organization
Ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively across a variety of marketing channels
