We are seeking a talented professional like you to develop and implement division level projects and topics in support of the Catalysts division's (CC) global communications strategy and activities for the division through development, coordination and consistency of messages for worldwide, strategic communications programs for both internal and external audiences.
This is a generalist communications role where you will develop and implement divisional communications topics and support North America marketing communications activities in partnership with global communications managers. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating a broad spectrum of internal, digital and external activities to enhance employee understanding of key initiatives and programs, executing on activities, tasks and projects globally. You will also support North America-based business leaders and marketing communications projects as assigned.

Leveraging your strong content development, writing and visual skills, you will bring key divisional topics, messaging and initiatives to life for the organization.
Thinking strategically as it pertains to the Catalysts group's (CC's) role in corporate programs, you will plan valuable global and regional communications activities for CC, leading the implementation of dynamic communications programs.
In collaboration with partners across the Division and BASF Group, you will establish networks and develop communications plans and tactics with topic teams to drive messaging for CC employees.
In partnership with organizational development initiatives, you will develop and implement communications measures toward promoting shared mindsets and behaviors that support desired organizational culture across the Division and businesses.
Your extensive knowledge of digital communication tools will be a valued asset as you lead the execution of progressive internal and digital communication tactics, such as online publications, bulletins, webcasts, digital signage, across the division in support of division topics, Process Catalysts North America topics, and other project topics.
Working jointly with global colleagues, you will support the North America implementation of marketing communications activities in support of customer events, trade shows, etc. as assigned for the Process Catalysts business.
Effectively collaborating within BASF, you will work closely with marketing communications, business and cross-functional colleagues to support and develop press release topics and social media content to support business strategies and activities.
Additionally, you will support and advise leadership on communications strategy and messaging to ensure consistency, compliance and effectiveness.
By measuring and tracking your campaigns, you will use data and best practices through your robust network to adapt future strategies and tactic to ensure timely and impactful guidance and material.
