Department Name: 3L300:ITS Communications & Strategic Planning
Information Technology Services (ITS) Strategic Engagement & Communications team is seeking a member to assist with ITS communications—ensuring they are timely and relevant, and that key strategic messaging is presented in a compelling, persuasive, and engaging way. Major responsibilities for this position include ensuring the ITS brand is aligned with & informed by UK & ITS strategic plans, SACS Periodic Review, & customer feedback. Utilizing pre-selected communications, public relations techniques, & advertising tools & platforms to market & build the reputation of ITS. Creating strategic campaign messaging, customer & employee profiles, print and digital publication copy, campaign blogs, facts sheets, campaign website content, project/campaign video and PowerPoint scripting, as well as reviewing and revising content by ITS staff. Other duties include assist with the planning & implementation of ITS strategic brand management plan, social media management, and event planning. This individual should be a self-starter, innovative, and able to manage their own workload independently. This individual must be able to work in a team environment.
