Position Summary:
The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for all marketing related efforts.
Essential Functions:
Build lasting relationships with key members of our customer base
Development and execution of marketing strategies for existing customer base
Development and execution of marketing strategies for prospective customer base
Development of comprehensive marketing plan to facilitate current internal and external business growth initiatives
Coordinate and serve as representative for all customer visits and maintain detailed records, including timely submission of marketing visit reports, of discussions and customer needs
Actively market lines of business through regular phone calls and agency visits
Develop strategies to increase financing penetration rate with existing customers
Identify opportunities to penetrate financing business offerings with prospective customers
Communicate key functions related to our website to customers
Handle all customer communication and inquiries regarding premium financing offerings
Verbal and written correspondence with current and prospective customers regarding rates, funding strategies and fee structure relationships
Coordinate and serve as representative at customer outings (i.e.: golf, hockey games, football games, concerts, etc.)
Act as a credible representative at all insurance / premium finance related functions
Keep abreast of changes in premium finance marketplace and communicate trends to management
