We are looking for a passionate, results-driven MBA student to manage and ensure successful coordination of strategic sales and marketing related activities including business development, product development and account management. This individual will lead and manage the development of detailed information regarding each customer's unique supply chain and market needs with a focus on providing transportation solutions that maximize Union Pacific's penetration of the customer's transportation portfolio. The ideal candidate would need to be strong in bias for action, earning trust and focused on delivering outstanding results under pressure.

Business Development: Develop new strategies or programs to expand Union Pacific's participation in relevant markets. Implement and execute action plans to create market growth, penetration, or expansion into new emerging markets. Work closely with Marketing & Sales and other relevant teams and departments to support business development goals and objectives.
Customer Satisfaction: Support all customer satisfaction targets by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the marketplace and successfully integrating information into timely price, service, and equipment solutions that provide value to customers. Provide deep understanding of customer’s needs, ensuring solution is sound and addresses the business opportunity/problem.
Financial Targets: Achieve revenue and volume goals and meet business development targets for assigned accounts and/or markets. Develop customer driven pricing strategies to meet internal financial objectives and customers' needs.

A Bachelor's degree
A Master of Business Administration degree or are currently enrolled in an MBA program
