Overview The Director of Manager is responsible for working cross-functionally with product leadership, customer success and sales teams to develop marketing strategies that drive awareness and usage of Vyze products. This person in this position will work closely with Vyze leadership to help set the overall marketing agenda for Vyze and deliver world class marketing programs and results.
Working with other members of the team as well as contractors, consultants and agencies, the Director of Marketing will develop and oversee many of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the company including our Account-Based Marketing program and our Lead-generation activities. The Director of Marketing will also develop and manage marketing in conjunction with the CFO.
Develop our overall product marketing strategy in conjunction with the Product and Go-To-Market teams. This includes leading the development and creation of positioning, messaging, and content for existing and new products (e.g. sales documentation, white papers, eBooks, and training materials, case studies) to articulate the benefits of our products to our prospects and clients and drive awareness, comprehension and usage.
Develop and manage marketing budgets for key marketing initiatives including ABM and product marketing, and assist with budget management to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing channels including websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, lead nurture programs, product materials as well as internal knowledge base, FAQs, etc.
When necessary, work with the rest of the marketing team to develop marketing plans that aligns with company goals and works to support sales objectives. This includes providing guidance to junior team members, as needed.
When needed, Identify and hire third party providers and/or agencies in creating content to leverage through multiple marketing campaigns and channels. This includes negotiating contracts (cost, timelines) and managing workloads.
Utilize marketing automation systems to provide efficient and effective marketing programs to drive inbound marketing leads and manage leads/accounts through the sales funnel. Work closely with sales team to ensure efficient utilization of Salesforce.com to generate marketing reports on prospect status & success metrics.

Extensive, relevant experience in marketing.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience in a start-up environment. The ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Established track record of achieving company objectives and bottom line results.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment.
A strong understanding of consumer and market dynamics and customer requirements including conducting consumer and B2B market research surveys
Successful track-record managing third party providers and/or agencies.
Fully proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Marketing automation (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
Commitment and desire to help the company win.
B2B marketing strongly preferred with experience marketing to retail a strong plus.
Experience in the financial services, credit or lending industries a plus.
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
