Responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of the global institutional marketing strategy with a focus on digital activities. The role will lead channel email marketing initiatives, manage content distribution across various platforms, support social media activities and play a key role in sharing insights.
Contribute to developing the institutional activity plan with a specific focus on delivering the 'Always On' content marketing strategy
Ensure institutional content on the website is current and within the overall brand guidelines
Project manage website development, enhancements and maintenance as required
Develop and deliver cross-border email marketing campaigns, including regular segment and asset class communications
Day-to-day management of third party content platforms, including vendor relationships
Manage social media scheduling on behalf of the team
Coordinate the schedule for delivery of webinars, video and podcasts
Provide support to implement the overall institutional marketing strategy including ongoing reporting of channel activity against KPI's and budget
Ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Collaborate and work together with members of the institutional and central marketing teams including Brand, Client Experience, Digital Marketing, Risk & Controls and Investment Marketing
Keep abreast of competitors, trends in the industry, best practice, regulatory changes etc.
Support the delivery other key internal marketing projects as required
Ensure that all marketing activities comply with the regulatory, Conduct Risk (Customer at Heart) and Treating Customers Fairly requirements of FCA, CSSF and SEC regulators
Educated to degree level. Digital marketing qualifications would be an advantage
Financial services background, ideally asset management, either in a marketing or digital role
Proficient in the use of Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and other platforms
Experience in optimizing marketing programs and providing insights to enhance engagement
Strong project management skills
Confident communicator with a creative mindset
Knowledge of the asset management industry, the institutional channel and client segments
Exposure to marketing automation and lead generation software
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Financial (IMC) or other marketing and or digital qualifications desirable
The ability to think strategically and plan accordingly
A willingness to learn and keep learning
Proactive, inquisitive and able to use initiative
